Syrup manufacturing at 9M India employs closed-system liquid manufacturing with stainless steel jacketed vessels, homogenisation, in-process pH monitoring and viscosity control. Every batch is manufactured under validated conditions with critical process parameters documented and reviewed before release.

In-house QC testing covers pH, viscosity, specific gravity, assay, microbial limits, preservative efficacy and clarity on every syrup batch before dispatch. Certificates of Analysis are issued from our own laboratory — not from a third-party testing facility. Sugar-free formulations use approved artificial sweeteners with taste-masking systems specifically validated for paediatric palatability.

Syrup manufacturing at 9M India uses stainless steel (SS 316L) jacketed vessels with temperature control, inline homogenisers for emulsion and suspension-type syrups, and closed transfer systems to minimise contamination risk throughout production. Manufacturing sequence — solubilisation, mixing, pH adjustment, volume make-up and filtration — is conducted under validated process conditions with in-process monitoring at defined intervals. Batch records document every critical process parameter from raw material dispensing to final bulk.

9M India manufactures the full range of cough and respiratory syrup formulations. Antitussive syrups (Dextromethorphan). Expectorant syrups (Guaifenesin). Mucolytic syrups (Ambroxol, Carbocisteine). Bronchodilator syrups (Terbutaline, Salbutamol). Combination cough preparations — including Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Levosalbutamol triple combinations widely demanded across domestic and export markets. Both standard and sugar-free variants are manufactured.

Antibiotic dry syrups for reconstitution — Amoxicillin, Azithromycin, Cefixime and Co- amoxiclav — manufactured as free-flowing dry powder blends that reconstitute to uniform suspension on addition of water. Paediatric syrup formulations are developed with age- appropriate dosing, taste-masking systems validated for palatability in children, and child- resistant closure options where required. Dry syrup manufacturing is conducted in controlled humidity environments to prevent premature moisture uptake.

Iron + Folic acid syrup, multivitamin syrup, calcium syrup and other nutritional supplement liquid formulations — manufactured to stable, homogeneous, palatable formulations. Stability is a critical quality attribute for nutritional syrups given the susceptibility of vitamins and minerals to oxidation and light degradation. Our formulations use appropriate antioxidants, chelating agents and light-protective packaging to ensure shelf-life compliance.

Syrup filling is conducted on automated filling lines with fill volume accuracy monitored by in-process checkweighing. Packaging formats include amber glass bottles (30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml) and PET bottles for standard syrups. Child-resistant closures available. Labels are applied inline with batch number, manufacturing date, expiry and dosing instructions. Serialisation and multi-lingual labelling available for export requirements.
