    Specify HPMC capsule shells for Middle Eastern and South-East Asian Halal-regulated markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan) Please check availability before sending an enquiry, as not all capsule manufacturers in India make HPMC.

  • Ask for data on dissolution profiles for modified-release formulations.

    Dissolution data for capsule products show that the API is released from the formulation at the right rate. Standard dissolution: For immediate-release capsules, not less than 80% dissolved in 30 minutes. Ask for stability batch data, not only normal batch records.

  • Check for the availability of ICH Zone IVb stability data.

    Most exports are to ICH Zone IVb (30°C/75% RH) markets, such as Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Stability data are required for drug registration under these conditions. Ensure the manufacturer has real-time and accelerated stability data on your molecule at Zone IVb conditions.
