Yes. 9M India manufactures Natamycin 5% ophthalmic suspension — the only topical antifungal approved for fungal keratitis treatment. Natamycin eye drops are in particularly high demand in Africa and South Asia where fungal corneal infections are prevalent due to agricultural occupational exposure and tropical climate. This is a specialty formulation not produced by most ophthalmic manufacturers.

9M India manufactures Acyclovir (Aciclovir) ophthalmic ointment/drops for herpes simplex keratitis — one of the most common causes of infectious blindness globally. Acyclovir ophthalmic formulations are essential medicines in ophthalmology departments across all our export markets and are supported by full GMP documentation for institutional supply.
05
Yes. 9M India manufactures several combination ophthalmic formulations including Ciprofloxacin + Dexamethasone, Gentamicin + Dexamethasone, Tobramycin + Dexamethasone and Moxifloxacin + Prednisolone. These combinations address both infection and inflammation simultaneously — widely used post-operative and in bacterial conjunctivitis with significant inflammatory component.

All ophthalmic anti-infective eye drops are manufactured to full sterile pharmaceutical standards: classified cleanroom (Grade A/B aseptic fill zone), WFI on-site, 0.2 micron sterile filtration, compendial sterility testing (every batch), particulate matter analysis (USP <788>), pH, osmolality and assay testing. These standards are documented in the batch CoA provided with every shipment.
