Gel manufacturing begins with controlled dispersion of gelling polymers — primarily Carbopol (carbomer) grades — in water with high-shear mixing to achieve uniform hydration without lumps. Neutralisation using sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine or aminomethyl propanol generates the gel structure through ionic cross-linking. API addition, pH adjustment, preservative addition and volume make-up are conducted in sequence with in-process pH, viscosity and appearance monitoring at defined intervals.

Anti-acne gels — Adapalene gel, Benzoyl peroxide gel and combination anti-acne gels addressing multiple acne pathways. Antifungal gels — Ketoconazole gel for seborrhoeic dermatitis and scalp fungal infections. Antibiotic gels — Clindamycin gel for acne and bacterial skin infections. Corticosteroid gels — Fluocinolone gel for inflammatory skin conditions. Anti- inflammatory gels — Diclofenac gel for joint and soft tissue inflammation. Keratolytic gels — Salicylic acid gel. All dermatological gels formulated for rapid skin absorption and residue-free finish.

Oral and dental gel formulations including Lidocaine oral gel (local anaesthetic for oral procedures), Choline salicylate oral gel (anti-inflammatory dental gel), and Chlorhexidine dental gel (oral antiseptic). These formulations require oral-grade excipients, pH adjustment within the oral safety range and appropriate flavouring. Gynecological gels — Clotrimazole vaginal gel and Metronidazole vaginal gel — are formulated for vaginal pH compatibility and applicator delivery. Cosmeceutical gels — Aloe vera gel and Silicone gel for scar management — are manufactured with cosmetic-grade ingredients.

Carbomer-based ophthalmic eye gels (Carbomer 974P/980) for dry eye and tear substitute applications — manufactured under aseptic conditions with sterility testing, visual clarity, pH and osmolarity testing as standard release criteria. Ophthalmic gels are filled in multi- dose eye drop bottles with dropper tip applicators and tested for sterility, particulate matter and container closure integrity.

Gel packaging in aluminium crimp tubes, plastic laminate tubes (5g to 100g) and sachets for unit-dose applications. Ophthalmic gels in 10ml LDPE squeeze bottles. Documentation — DCGI approvals, WHO-GMP certificate, COA, COC, viscosity and pH records, stability data and product dossiers — pre-prepared for tender and export submission.
